Max Twelve conducts all services in Switzerland.
To ensure the highest level of care throughout your watch’s lifetime, services are performed—whenever possible—by the same craftsman who originally assembled your timepiece, with the same attention to detail and expertise.

Inspection
During this stage, your Max Twelve is carefully inspected, the cause of potential issues is identified, and any damage is professionally repaired.
All spare parts are in stock, and any component can be replaced if needed, whether it’s the crown, crown adapter, hands, or even the movement - everything is possible.


Assembly
After the service, your watch is carefully reassembled by our technician. All seals are replaced to ensure the same level of water resistance as when the watch was new.
Testing
At the end of the service, your Max Twelve is tested for water resistance and its accuracy is validated using a testing device. If necessary, the accuracy will be readjusted.

- A description of your wishes, including any issues you have.
- The address to which your Max Twelve should be returned after the service.
- Whether you would like the case to be refinished to remove any scratches.
