Yes, we ship to Switzerland, all EU countries, and the USA. Shipping, import duties, and taxes are included for these destinations. Deliveries to the EU and USA are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). For shipping to other countries, please email info@max-twelve.com before placing your order.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed in Switzerland will usually take 3-5 business days to arrive (excluding any potential manufacturing times of the watch). Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Yes, original shipping to Switzerland, the EU, and the USA is free. If you return an item because you have changed your mind, you pay the return shipping costs. For shipping to other countries, please contact us before placing your order.

To keep your watch in excellent condition, clean it regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and fingerprints, and avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or moisture. We recommend having your watch serviced approximately every 5 years to maintain its performance and longevity.

You can view our watches at Zeit Zone in Zurich, Harold W. in Geneva, and Goldschmied zum Märtplatz in Basel. You are also welcome to visit the Max Twelve atelier at Lättenstrasse 38, 8142 Uitikon, by appointment. Learn more

Our watches are made in Switzerland. The movement depends on the model: the Hexagon uses a La Joux-Perret G100, while the Skeleton and Skeleton All Black use a Sellita SW200-1. The cases are manufactured in the Canton of Zurich. Hand-finishing, assembly, regulation, and testing take place in our Max Twelve atelier in Zurich.
