Exclusions
While our warranty covers most manufacturing defects, it does not extend to mechanical damage, improper handling, or signs of wear caused by daily use. Watch straps are also excluded, as they are subject to natural wear and tear over time.
We encourage proper care and maintenance of your watch to ensure it remains in excellent condition.

Caring for your timepiece
Case and glass
Gently wipe the stainless steel case and sapphire glass with a soft, dry cloth to remove fingerprints and dust. Avoid using abrasive materials.
Leather Straps
Keep leather straps away from moisture and direct sunlight to prevent deterioration. If cleaning is necessary, use a damp cloth and let it air dry completely before wearing.
Nylon Straps
Hand wash with mild soap and water, then air dry to maintain their appearance.
Casing
Every Max Twelve watch comes in a beautifully crafted box designed to protect your timepiece. When not in use, store your watch in its original case to shield it from dust, moisture, and accidental damage. The soft interior ensures the stainless steel and sapphire crystal remain scratch-free.
Keep it cool and dry
Store your watch in a location away from direct sunlight, humidity, or extreme temperatures. Excessive heat or cold can affect the movement and potentially warp leather straps. A drawer or a dedicated watch case in a climate-controlled environment is ideal.
Remove Accessories Before Storing
Before placing your watch in storage, remove any accessories, such as metal or nylon straps, if they’ve been exposed to water or sweat. Allow them to dry thoroughly before putting them back on to avoid moisture damage to the watch or its case.
Routine Checkups for Stored Watches
Even if you don’t wear your watch daily, wind or activate the movement every couple of weeks to keep it functioning smoothly. This practice helps ensure the internal mechanisms stay lubricated and operational.
We recommend having your Max Twelve professionally serviced every 3 to 5 years, during which we will thoroughly clean, inspect, test, and polish your timepiece. This periodic maintenance keeps the movement in peak condition and ensures it remains a cherished companion for years to come.
