Max Grüter Astronaut Watch

Sale priceCHF 3,270.00

The Astronaut Collection is an exclusive collaboration between Max Twelve and Zurich-based object and media artist Max Grüter. He is known for his figurative art, including digital 3D models, often depicting people in technological protective suits such as astronauts or divers.
This floating astronaut dial, available in Purple, Orbit Blue, and Orbit Gold, appears to hover inside the watch case like in a space capsule, navigating through space, time, and mechanics. It is part of a limited watch collection with only twelve pieces per color. The case back features the numbering (xx/12) and the artist’s name, “Max Grüter,” engraved with a ball engraving tool.
The fully CNC-turned bezel showcases a structure never seen before in watch bezels. The new Sellita skeleton movement with a brushed and rhodium-plated finish offers a deep view into the automatic mechanism beneath the double anti-reflective sapphire crystal.

Following the motto “12 hours, 60 minutes”, this configuration is limited to 12 pieces per colour. Each watch is individually numbered: xx / 12.
