About Max Twelve
FROM ENGINEER TO WATCHMAKER
The story of Max Twelve began in Zurich in 2020 with founder Fabian Lehner, a mechanical engineer from ETH Zurich. After working in mechanical engineering and operational excellence, Fabian set out to bring the mindset and heritage of Swiss precision engineering into contemporary watchmaking.
The first Max Twelve was presented at BLICKFANG Zurich in 2022. Encouraged by the response from customers and collectors, Fabian decided in 2023 to leave his corporate career and dedicate himself fully to Max Twelve. Max Twelve GmbH was established in February 2024.

Max Twelve is a fully independent, founder-owned Zurich watch atelier rooted in engineering tradition, combining an entrepreneurial mindset with Swiss manufacturing and watchmaking.
Without external investors or corporate structures defining the direction of the brand, Max Twelve has the freedom to follow its own ideas, make decisions with conviction and develop at its own pace.
This independence also shapes the people around Max Twelve. Fabian believes in working with partners and specialists who share a genuine enthusiasm for what they create.

Hand-finishing, assembly, regulation and testing are carried out in the Max Twelve atelier in Zurich, Switzerland.
