The first Max Twelve featured a closed dial. But as a mechanical engineer, founder Fabian Lehner was fascinated by the mechanics of open movements and began exploring different skeleton calibres.
The result is distinct design that sets Max Twelve apart from the masses. A skeleton where movement and case speak the same design language.

Max Twelve Values
LUXURY CAN AFFORD LOCAL PRODUCTION
The complete Max Twelve watch case and dial is produced in the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland.
Hand-finishing, assembly, regulation and testing are carried out in the Max Twelve atelier in Zurich, Switzerland.
Max Twelve places high importance on local value creation, responsible manufacturing and long-lasting, repairable products. For Max Twelve founder Fabian, the future of luxury is rooted in values. Beyond design, materials and exclusivity, it should reflect how and where a product is made. This philosophy is at the heart of Max Twelve.

Swiss made sellita movement
Staying true to it's Swiss-made values, the Sellita skeleton stood out as the perfect match for Max Twelve.
Its sharply defined skeleton frame, finely ground surfaces and dark ruthenium finish complement the angular geometry, materials and finishing of the Max Twelve case.

Quality without the noise
What you see is the movement itself. No additional decorative skeleton dial or artificial frame is placed over it. The architecture and finishing of the movement are allowed to speak for themselves.
